What I enjoy is working where strategy, revenue, operations, and technology meet, because that intersection is where good intent is usually won or lost on its way to execution. I like to understand complex problems, simplify the situation, and turn it into a clear next step, then deliver with a team rather than leaving everything in a slide deck. The real work is getting that step adopted, not just shipped, because a tool nobody uses is an expensive way to stand still.
